Returns & Refunds Policy

At Vivid Element, the goal is for every customer to love their order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds are handled:

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email info.vivid.element@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method

.Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or the wrong product was received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A replacement or refund will be arranged as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used haircare products cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
